2. What are the parking options?

The Westin Downtown DC offers valet parking as well as self-parking. Valet parking is $39 for 0-2 hours, $47 for 2-8 hours, and $65 for 8-24 hours/overnight parking. Self-parking is $11 per hour or $48 per day. Additional self-parking garages are located nearby.

3. Is there a special hotel room rate?

5. What is the dress code for the event?

Formal/Black Tie Attire is requested for this event.

6. Are there age restrictions for attendees?

No, there are no age restrictions for attending the gala. However, please note that there will be alcohol present for those 21+, and all guests, regardless of age, are required to purchase a gala ticket for entry.

7. Are there vegetarian/vegan meal options?

Yes, please include all dietary restrictions on your ticket registration form for each individual guest.

8. Is there a refund policy for tickets?

No, there are no refunds allowed. Tickets are transferrable, and requests must be sent to BetaZetaCentennial@gmail.com by Friday, January 17, 2025.
