Beta Zeta Chapter, Domestic Violence Committee is cordially inviting the sisterhood and general public to participate with us in a five month Self-Defense Classes via Zoom.
Champion Solutions Firearms Services will provide self-defense course of 12.5 hours of training program monthly from March 5, 2022 through July 2, 2022 (no weapons needed) that will center each participant in self advocacy. Each individual will learn preventive measures that help avoid or escape violent encounters. Additionally, they will learn last resort measures to stop a violent encounter within the limits of the law. Finally, they will learn the full scope of self defense that includes the aftermath of violence in protecting their assets, mental health and freedom.
The classes will be held the first Saturday of each month beginning March 5, 2022 through July 2, 2022 from 11:00am to 1:00pm. The cost is $50 per person for the entire six months and each participant will receive a certificate after completion.
